Jaime Hughes (Zografos) is a visionary entrepreneur, wellness leader, and three-time international best-selling author.
She opened Elevate after eight years of owning two OsteoStrong wellness centers.
But the studio you walk into today was shaped by something far more personal. Jaime is a breast cancer survivor, and that journey reshaped her purpose.
She built Elevate for the person she once was — the one ready to move past surface-level fixes and finally feel like herself again.
